WebOlution is looking to fill the role of Front Office Executive, providing support in daily – secretary tasks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Call Handling: Call center – phone calls management and customer service.
- Emails & Calendar Management: Handle and coordinate emails and active calendars.
- CRM: Basic use of CRM, registration of expenses, contact management, communication with customers.
- Front Office Support: Providing secretarial and administrative support of the company’s activity. Organization and execution of daily tasks (consumables, office equipment).
- At least 2 years administrative/ secreterial experience.
- Proficient PC use in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and uses of browsers eg. Chrome, Firefox.
- Proficiency in English.
- Communication and cooperational skills.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital practices.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress CMS).
- Willingness of learning new technologies – services.
