Front Office Executive

WebOlution is looking to fill the role of Front Office Executive, providing support in daily – secretary tasks, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Call Handling: Call center – phone calls management and customer service.
  • Emails & Calendar Management: Handle and coordinate emails and active calendars.
  • CRM: Basic use of CRM, registration of expenses, contact management, communication with customers.
  • Front Office Support: Providing secretarial and administrative support of the company’s activity. Organization and execution of daily tasks (consumables, office equipment).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years administrative/ secreterial experience.
  • Proficient PC use in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and uses of browsers eg. Chrome, Firefox.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Communication and cooperational skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of social media and digital practices.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress CMS).
  • Willingness of learning new technologies – services.
